Windows EA App Redeem Guide:

Step 1: Download and Install EA App: https://www.ea.com/ea-app

Step 2: Login or register an Origin account if you don’t have one.

Step 3: On left nagivation menu, click “Library“.

Step 4: On right side, click “+ Redeem Code“.

Step 5: Enter the redeem code you received and click “Next” and follow the on-screen instruction to complete your redeem.

Step 6: After the game is redeemed successfully, you can download the game in “Game Library” by pressing the image of the game.

Step 7: After the game is download and installed, click on the game image and press “Play” to start the game.

Mac OS Origin Redeem Guide:

Step 1: Download and Install Origin: https://www.ea.com/origin-for-mac

Step 2: Login or register an Origin account if you don’t have one.

Step 3: At the left side navigation bar, click on “My Game Library“.

Step 5: Click on “Add A Game” at the top right corner and select “Redeem Product Code“.

Step 6: Enter the redeem code you received and click “Next“.

Step 6: After the game is redeemed successfully, you can download the game in “Game Library” by pressing the image of the game.

Step 8: After clicking the image of the game, you will see the “Download” button. Click the “Download” button to start download the game immediately.

Step 9: Follow the installation instructions provided and wait patiently for the game download completed.

The Sims 3 or Expansion Redeem And Download Steps:

Step 1: Visit https://store.thesims3.com/myAccount.html

Step 2: Sign up an account if you do not have one, or login to your registered account.

Step 3: Click on “Redeem A Code” at the bottom under “My Account”, and enter the redeem code we’ve sent you, accept the terms and condition and click “Redeem”.

Step 4: Click on “Redeem A Code”.

Step 5: Enter the redeem code we’ve sent you, and  ✅ accept the terms and condition and click “Redeem”.

Step 6: Download and Install Origin: https://www.origin.com/en-us/store/download

Step 7: Login with your registered account that you used to redeem the game.

Step 8: You can download the game in “My Game Library” by pressing the image of the game you had just purchased.

Step 9: After clicking the image of the game, you will see the “Download” button. Click the “Download” button to start download the game immediately.

Step 10: Follow the installation instruction provided and your download will start immediately.
