EA app / Origin
Follow these steps to activate the code you received from us.
Always screen-record the whole redeem process. If a code redeems but the game or points don’t show up in your EA account, the recording is your proof when you contact EA. On Windows, press Windows + Alt + R to start and stop recording with the Xbox Game Bar.
Option 01
Download and install the EA app from ea.com/ea-app.
Log in to your EA account, or create a new one.
Click Library in the left menu.
Click + Redeem code on the right.
Enter your code, click Next and follow the on-screen steps.
Once redeemed, click the game in your Library to download it.
When it has installed, click the game and press Play.
Option 02
Log in to your account, or sign up for a new one.
Click Redeem a Code under My Account.
Enter your code, accept the terms and conditions, and click Redeem.
Download and install the EA app from ea.com/ea-app, then log in with the same account.
Find the game in your Library and click Download.
