NCSoft (Guild Wars 2) redeem guide

Follow these steps to activate the code you received from us.

Option 01

Game & expansion codes

Log in at account.arena.net, or create an account.

Click Redeem a code.

Paste the code you received from us and click Submit. The item is added to your account.

Download the game client: Guild Wars 2 or Guild Wars.

Option 02

Log in to Guild Wars 2 with the account that should receive the gems.

Open the Black Lion Trading Company panel (default key O, or the lion icon at the top left of the screen).

Click Redeem Code at the top left of the store.

Follow the on-screen steps to redeem your gems.
